Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bright Mailbox website, applications, and related services operated by Loran Gutt d/b/a Bright Mailbox.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bright Mailbox.
Service description
Bright Mailbox allows users to create, schedule, print, and send personalized physical postcards using uploaded content, third-party photo integrations, and optional automated drafting features.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual subscription terms and may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Overage charges may apply when you send more cards than your plan includes. Gift subscriptions may be offered as one-time purchases. No refunds are provided except where required by law.
User content
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, audio, and other content you submit. You grant Bright Mailbox a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, print, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, deliver, support, and improve the service.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Bright Mailbox to submit or send content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, misleading, or otherwise violates the rights of others or applicable mail regulations. We may refuse, remove, or cancel content or orders that violate these Terms.
Third-party services
Bright Mailbox may rely on third-party providers for authentication, billing, mailing, communications, hosting, and content generation. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages outside our reasonable control.
No delivery guarantee
We coordinate printing and mailing, but we do not guarantee delivery times, delivery outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal, operational, or security risk.
Dispute resolution
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to first contact Bright Mailbox and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms with a new effective date.
